The construction will be selected according to the local climate, temperature, moisture, salt exposure, and installation conditions. Please provide the installation environment before quotation so we can recommend an appropriate solution.
Direct mounting is the standard option. Raceway mounting, backer-panel mounting, wireway mounting, and suspended or hanging installation are also available where appropriate. Depending on the selected method, we can provide mounting hardware, stud bolts, spacers, power supplies, a full-size installation template, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions.
Electrical components with applicable UL listings and CE or RoHS documentation can be supplied according to the project and destination-market requirements. Component documentation does not automatically certify the complete finished sign. If complete-sign certification is required, please inform us before quotation so that the applicable testing, additional cost, and production time can be evaluated.
Tonight Sign provides a three-year limited warranty for channel letters supplied to customers worldwide. If a covered component fails because of a manufacturing or material defect rather than incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification, we will reproduce the affected part and ship the replacement at no charge. Photos, videos, or electrical test information may be required to identify the issue.
Packaging is selected according to the sign size, weight, structure, surface finish, quantity, and shipping method. Available protection includes EPE foam, reinforced export cartons, and wooden cases or crates.
